A: Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.

Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags and accessories attached.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Email us at help@modeelfi.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you a free pre-paid return label and instructions.
Q: How are returns handled?
A: All returns and exchanges are processed by mail only. Drop your parcel off at your nearest Royal Mail or approved courier. Always keep your proof of postage.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. We provide a free downloadable return label for all approved returns and exchanges.
Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a different size, colour, or product. Replacements ship at no extra cost once we receive your return.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds are always sent back to your original payment method in GBP (£).
Q: Are there items I cannot return?
A: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear or items removed from sealed packaging. Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items are also non-returnable unless faulty.
